2. How do I know my information is secure?

Security of information is our number one priority. We have invested in a highly secure software system whose servers have three physical levels of security and are in a secure data center guarded 24/7. Find out more here.

3. Can you save my templates, letterheads and signature blocks for including in the finished product?

Absolutely. Once you are a registered client, just mention as you start your dictation which template to use and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.

4. Where are you located?

Our head office is in North Carolina, but our typists are all over the USA. We NEVER outsource overseas.

5. Can I get work done on a weekend?

We know that sometimes emergencies happen and we will make every effort to meet your deadlines. Weekend work needs to be requested separately by email to info@lextranscription.com . We reserve the right to charge a higher rate for work requests with a weekend deadline.

6. I have a hard copy document that I need re-typing – can you help?

Yes, email us at info@lextranscription.com and we’ll take care of it for you. You can either scan or fax the document to us (fax no: 919-516-0111) and we’ll get it back to you within 48 business hours.

7. What other administrative tasks can you take off my plate?

Email us to arrange a consultation on other aspects that are eating into your billable time and we’ll see if we can help get you back to spending your time generating revenue!
